I designed this beautiful ampersand template to complement the whole alphabet I designed in an intricate style. Each character of the alphabet begins life as the outline shape of one of my favourite typefaces – Eames – and is filled with mesmerising swirls and curls making up a gorgeously intricate papercut which is simply joyous to cut.
You’ll find it a rewarding way to spend a crafty hour or so, they are so remarkably relaxing to cut and look sensational in a glass floating frame (available in Matalan and Ikea to name but two), making it a great handmade birthday gift to give with pride.
